We source PCBs primarily from ISO-certified factories in China, Taiwan, and South Korea, many of which are approved suppliers to the medical, industrial, automotive and defence sectors.
Yes. We work closely with UK OEMs, EMS providers, and design houses. Our Hong Kong office manages offshore production and logistics, while our Melbourne headquarters provides commercial and technical support.
All boards are manufactured to IPC-A-600 Class 2 or Class 3 standards as required. Partner factories hold ISO 9001 and often ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 certification, depending on industry requirements.

Yes. Every batch is fully inspected, and all production batches are electrically tested. Micro-section reports are available upon request.
Yes. All PCBs meet RoHS and REACH standards, and we can supply full material declarations (MSDS) and certificates of conformity as required.
Please provide your Gerber or ODB++ files, layer stack details, material type, finish, solder mask colour, quantity, and any special requirements.
A Gerber file contains the image data for each PCB layer and is the standard format used by manufacturers to produce your board. We accept both Gerber and Altium design files.
Prototypes are typically produced within 5–7 days, while production orders usually ship within 2–4 weeks depending on volume and complexity. Expedited services are available.
We manage all logistics from our Hong Kong office using DHL, UPS, or FedEx with full tracking. Consolidated shipping and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options are available for UK customers.
